How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 2–5 business days, then shipped via standard shipping, which takes an additional 5–10 business days. Total time is typically 1–3 weeks from order to delivery.

Can I return or exchange my magnets?
Because every order is custom printed with your photo and details, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you approved, we'll replace it or refund it — see our Refund Policy for details.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?
We're able to make changes only before your order enters production. Contact support@keepono.com as soon as possible if you need to fix something.
